Miscanthus Herman Mussel is another Ernest Pagels introduction 1.8m-2.1m. A superb plant. Miscanthus Herman Mussel has strong upright stems with arching broad foliage with prominent white midrib. Late summer sees Miscanthus Herman Mussel topped with pleasing pinky light brown and silver flowers that are held some fair distance above the foliage giving Herman Mussel a distinctive appearance among other Miscanthus. Sunny open spot is preferred.
